You would've had to be taking an internet hiatus if you didn't read anything regarding the McKinney police and pool party incident that took place over the weekend. The incident is a great example of Marxism and how media is able manipulate viewers by only sharing bits and pieces of a story while highlighting the parts that fit into their agenda. I read the original story and watched the same cell phone video (taken by a teenager who was at the party) on nearly all of the major news sites and none of them gave much of an explanation as to why the police were called to the scene in the first place. The only highlighted part of the story on nearly every platform was how one white police officer showed extreme unnecessary force toward an African American teenage girl. While his actions were completely out of line and inadmissible, I think having a greater idea of the complete story would have painted a more informative picture for the public. After doing my own research (and finding some additional information on smaller, more independent sites), I found another video that was posted of the same African American teenager (who was wrongly treated by the police officer) and a caucasian women fighting. Another video was posted explaining why these two women were fighting and if they were fighting for reasons stated in the video, the caucasian women should be the ones in the spotlight with a dark cloud hanging above their head. Instead the one with the dark cloud is the police officer. I'm not saying he didn't do anything wrong, because he 100% did and that should be addressed, but these other caucasian women who picked a fight with the teenager girl shouldn't be let off the hook. I think the only reason they are not in the media spotlight is because the media has made this story fit the agenda highlighting police brutality and racial segregation.
This article posted on Buzzfeed might give a different spin on what's being said in the mainstream media.
